The words rang out way back on Nevermind... He'd rather die than be cool. Maybe It's about time that we let Kurt Rest In Peace. Maybe it's about time we all stopped the bickering and the arguing , ceased the debate over how he came to his death and who is to blame.

Is fighting over wether it was murder or suicide going to bring him back? Is it going to make the pain any less? And who is it going to help? No it isn't going to bring him back, heal the pain, or help anyone.. oh maybe it will help tom grant, but that's about it!

More Importantly... Who is it going to hurt? There is one little girl I can think of who would be hurt by all this bickering over Kurt's death, Hurt even more by a case into how he died being reopened, and totally devestated by the main "suspect" for want of better word being convicted of his murder.

Frances Bean. She's already lost her daddy, Don't make her have to grow up reliving that loss anymore than she already will, And stop trying to persecute her mummy. You might not like Courtney, you may believe she did it, you may think she is a dreadful mother. But the thing is she is Frances' Mummy, the only one she has.. so stop trying to hurt them and let them heal too. What would Kurt have wanted?? I believe he'd want his little girl protected from any uneccessary pain.
